1. Object and Description of Services
YRAG.ai is an online software service (SaaS) allowing its users to upload documents (PDF, DOCX) and URLs to train a virtual artificial intelligence assistant (chatbot) and integrate it onto their websites.
2. Limitation of Liability & AI Responses
The user acknowledges that the answers provided by the AI chatbot are generated automatically based on the documents uploaded. YRAG cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations produced by the AI model (Gemini) in its replies to visitors of the client website.
3. Account Suspension & Ownership
YRAG reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these terms. The client remains the exclusive owner of their uploaded documents, and YRAG retains all intellectual property rights over the application source code, widget, and underlying technology architectures.
