Terms of Sale
Last updated: June 2, 2026These Terms of Sale govern the subscriptions to paid plans offered on the YRAG.ai platform.
1. Pricing and Payment Management
Subscription prices are listed in Euros. Billing transactions are fully and securely managed by our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions apply to both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients. In accordance with digital service regulations, the client can cancel their subscription at any time from their admin panel.
2. Default of Payment & Downgrade
In the event of a renewal payment failure on a paid plan, a 7-day grace period is granted. If the payment is not regularized within this timeframe, the account is automatically downgraded to the free plan (Starter), with the application of its corresponding limits (max 50 MB files and 500 conversations per month).
