1. Data Collection and Usage
We collect your first name, last name, and email for account management, Stripe for billing, and IP addresses for security. Your uploaded documents are used exclusively to power the semantic knowledge base of your chat widget. No client documents or data are used, shared, or sold to train public or third-party AI models.
2. Data Retention and Instant Deletion
Your personal data and documents are stored in Europe (OVH & GCP servers) only for the duration of your active account. When a user deletes a document or deletes their account from the admin dashboard, the corresponding files and vectors are deleted instantly and permanently from our servers and storage spaces.
